Back It Up!!!

If I didn’t keep a version of 10.2.3, I’d be dead in the water right now. Due to the Motion template changes in 10.3, most third party plug-ins are having problems loading. Truth be told, it is in the hands of third party developers, but you’d think Apple would have the resources to get an advanced copy out to the larger plug-in houses so workflow is not disrupted. Bells and whistles don’t impress, just a working application. After Apple’s hardware nightmares over the last few years (i.e. offering machines with soldered parts that can’t be upgraded) I’m seriously considering migrating to a PC environment for editing. I ditched the iPhone last year and won’t look back, but I didn’t consider doing the same with my desktop until now.
