Not to impressed

Bought a brand new imac with all the bells and whistles, best processor, extra ram etc. Then I bought final cut x and try doing video work. Final cut constantly does not respond and I have to force quit. Also get annoying overlay of clips and green blotches. These are simple small go pro mp4 files from various cameras and sources and everything is updated to latest versions as of January 11, 2016. I give it plenty of time to render before I try to work on clips and it still has a stroke.
I did better with the old version of I movie. Save your money.
