Less intuitive than previous versions

As a longtime Final Cut user, I see this version as a major step backward when it comes to ease of use. Something I have appreciated about so many Apple products is that they usually have an incredibly untuitive UI. There is a sense of loss here, whether it is an effort to appeal to a broader consumer base, or simply to update the look of the application. The Final Cut of a decade ago had fewer bells and whistles but was far easier for the new user to adapt to. I rarely had to research simple commands. I find that there is a much steeper learning curve with this version.

Also, the current version has crashed on me 4 times in a single session. Stability is so key. Get it together Apple.
